Initial meeting and establishment of requirements We will meet with you initially to establish your organisation’s requirements for the role. Our objective is to obtain the information required to create a detailed Staff Requirement Summary. As a baseline, the information we require for the Staff Requirement Summary includes: role description, number of staff required, location, skills, experience, qualifications and remuneration. This brief, in conjunction with a position description, will form the basis of our candidate search once signed off by your organisation.
We want to know your company, your culture and to establish a sound working relationship with you. This enables us to select the right employees, not only in terms of skills and qualifications, but also with the right mindset for your organization.
Search Based on this Summary, we will commence our search process. In some instances, we may be able to present you with candidates from our existing database. If required, we will also undertake a targeted advertising campaign. To ensure that our search is consistent with your requirements, this step in the process consists of pre-screening and interviews of the short-listed candidates.
Shortlist and Interview A shortlist of candidates (usually 5 for each role) will be presented for your review. Interviews will then be arranged with each shortlisted candidate via telephone link or by videoconference. Should you prefer, we can arrange a full onsite interview package in our Manila office. please contact Unison Partners. Offer of Employment Once the successful candidate has been selected, a formal offer of employment is made. When the candidate accepts the offer, the visa application process, including medical checks commences. If required, we can also assist your company with the application to become an Approved Business Sponsor with the Immigration Department.
We ensure that our search is tailored to your company’s exact requirements. We don’t just retrieve candidate résumés from our database and present them to you as a shortlist. Any candidates presented will match client requirements as closely as possible. We will never present unsuitable candidates to artificially expand a shortlist. Because we value your time and resources, we do the hard work on your behalf so you can focus on selecting the best candidate for your organisation.

Before flying to Australia, hired employees attend a pre-departure/orientation session at our Manila office. This session provides the employees with information necessary to ease the transition into living and working in Australia. We also provide information on their new employer.
Upon arrival in Australia, our initial employee settlement assistance service includes airport pick-up, finding initial accommodation (if required), assistance with obtaining a tax file number, and opening a bank account.
