Each employer is required to become an Approved Business Sponsor with the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) in order to employ overseas workers.
We employ the services of a Registered Migration Agent to assist with obtaining sponsorship approval (if required) from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) for employers (Sponsors) as well as for the lodgement of the visa applications of the successful candidates. Business sponsorship and employee nomination applications are lodged electronically with DIAC, reducing the amount of documentation typically required of such applications.
